The Router Template Jig is a woodworking tool used with a router to guide the cutting path of a workpiece. This high-quality jig is constructed from durable 8020 extrusions, providing a stable and rigid base for precise routing operations. The jig's base plate comes in 1000x700mm, 700x500mm, 245x500mm or as a Fully Loaded Kit, offering versatility to accommodate different workpiece dimensions.
The template guide of this router jig features precision laser markings, ensuring accurate alignment and measurement during the routing process. The metric and imperial markings allow woodworkers to work easily, regardless of their measurement preferences.
The router template jig has a magnetic anti-tip puck to enhance stability and safety during use. This innovative feature helps prevent tipping or slipping during routing, allowing for a smooth and secure operation.
The tool-less stainless steel fittings also enable quick and easy adjustments without additional tools, streamlining the setup and switching between different routing tasks.
Overall, this router template jig is a valuable addition to any woodworking workshop, allowing woodworkers to achieve professional-grade results when creating complex shapes, duplicate pieces, decorative trim, and precise designs on various workpieces. Its combination of durable construction, precision markings, magnetic anti-tip puck, and tool-less fittings make it an indispensable tool for woodworking projects of all sizes and complexities.
Solid, accurate, well made, and a very good help. Expensive, but worth the money if you do a lot of routing.

Hi,
I just received my package. Shipment was without any problems as always with benchdogs. Pieces, as always, already at the touch you feel the quality. I am very happy!
BUT, and I have to admit that this is partially my own fault, the rails have the sparings to insert the screws only on one side. While in the video, the jig used has these sparings on both ends of the rails... Again, the pictures of the product show clearly that the sparings are only on one side. My fault was that I only watched the video and the discrepancy slipped my attention. As I would have liked the jig the way it is shown in the video (i have some specific applications in mind) I had a little "moment" unpacking.
Again, I like you guys, I will continue buying your products, but... please change the video ;)
Rating is still 5..
Lovely set up blocks perfect again from Benchdogs only down side was the delivery from Royal Mail it looked like they had been thrown around the van none of the pieces were in there slots the partition foam was stuck to the box and blocks which I had to get the glue off but this doesn’t detract what benchdogs do
Haven't had a chance to use yet, but fits perfectly in the holes in my prototype MFT slab that are actually round... Still working on that part. Very nice surface finish and holds tight.
